SIA Nord Lift (hereafter "we") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal data. This policy explains how we process the data we obtain when you use the jauns-lifts.lv website or contact us.

   We process the data you provide voluntarily: your name and surname or company name, phone number, email address, and the content of the message you submit through the enquiry form.

3. Purposes of processing

   We use the data to contact you about your enquiry, prepare a price offer and provide a consultation about lift replacement or installation. With separate consent, to send marketing communications.

4. Legal basis

   Processing is carried out on the basis of performance of a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and, for marketing, on the basis of consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)).

5. Retention period

   We retain personal data for no longer than 3 years after the last contact, unless legislation prescribes a longer period.

6. Your rights

   You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, object to processing, and the right to data portability, as well as the right to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, write to sales@nordlift.lv.

8. Complaints

   If you believe that the processing of your data infringes the law, you may lodge a complaint with the State Data Inspectorate of Latvia (www.dvi.gov.lv).
